We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and promoting our web & app development, as well as digital marketing services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer) for web development, app development, and digital marketing projects.
- Prepare and submit proposals, perform project costing, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with project execution and delivery.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.
- Track project progress, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Skill-Set & Experience:
- Proven experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others, specifically for IT-related projects (web development, app development, digital marketing).
- Strong proposal writing, project costing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of the IT industry, including digital marketing, software development, and related services.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
